If you can't comply with the DOP stated for invalid reasons, you have to pay 50% of the item price as the cancellation fee or else, you will be blocked and posted as bogus buyer/joy reserver. If ever there is an announced system maintenance or inclement weather so you can't submit your payment, just give me a heads-up. I can give 24 hour extension. If you haven't settled the payment after the 24 hour extension, there is also PHP 50.00 late payment fee/day.⁀➷ Order confirmation will be sent through email within 24 hours. If you have any concerns, just dm me or reply to my email. DO NOT PAY IF I HAVEN'T SEND THE ORDER CONFIRMATION YET. Please always check your SPAM/JUNK FOLDER if you can't find your confirmation email on your inbox.⁀➷ Once you settled your payment, kindly fill out the payment form attached to the confirmation email ASAP. I will send payment confirmations within 24-48 hours. NO PAYMENT FORM = UNPAID.⁀➷ The actual product color/result may differ from the mockup. There are several factors that can affect the color pay-off of the design such as the color of the bag, the printer of the supplier and the heat press applied to the bags and shirts. Again, sublimation printing is used for the bags so the colors will not be 100% accurate from the mockup to the actual product. Kindly note that production process will take 1-3 weeks after the pre-order period depending on the item and quantity of orders. We will post updates if there are delays on the production of our products from the supplier's end.⁀➷ We are no longer liable for any loss/damages caused by the courier once we shipped out the products. We make sure that we pack it properly before shipping out.⁀➷ If the item you received was wrong, incomplete or damaged due to our packaging, we will give a refund (please provide a full unboxing video. No unboxing = No refund)***SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS ***✧ I only ship every Saturday and Monday ONLY for GGX and SDD while Saturday ONLY for J&T due to my work schedule. I will send pictures and packing video prior to shipment. I will not be liable for the mishandling of the courier/loss of parcel since I make sure that the items are packed properly. NO RUSH SHIPPING.✧ For Same Day Delivery such as Grab, Lalamove, Toktok and Mr. Speedy, you can only choose instant pick-up option. 4-hour pick-up option is not allowed. I only allow SDD shipments on Saturday and Monday only from 9:00 AM-12:00 PM unless I’m not available during that day (will inform the buyer/s ahead of time).✧ STRICTLY NO SHOPEE CHECKOUT since I have encountered way too many problems using sco as my mod before and there are too many risks plus my account was banned before because of that. I want to make sure that your items will arrive safely.✧ If you wish to include insurance to the parcel for items 500 pesos and above, inform me as well so I can add it to the shipping fee computation.✧ FOR ANY MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS : please send a complete and unedited unboxing video. If there are incomplete or wrong items, I will ship the correct item to the buyer and the buyer will return the wrong item to me. I will pay for both lsf.✧ If items were damaged due to the courier’s fault, I will not be held liable since I don't have any control over these. No refunds will be made.✧ Once you received the item in good condition and there are no complaints, kindly destroy the waybill to protect both buyer and seller's personal information.
